Behavioral Health Management Services (BHMS), Inc was established to assist health care systems with the creation or restructuring of effective behavioral health programs.
Program development or restructuring requires intensive onsite work. While each program is different, the average time from creation to implementation can span from 18 months to three years depending on the level of support provided by the host agency. During this time BHMS personnel are onsite everyday working to understand and become part of the culture in which change is to occur. Because BHMS makes extra effort in becoming a part of your systems culture we go well beyond the task of consulting. Our focus is to create successful programs that can be readily accepted and implemented.

It is Behavioral Health Management Services' objective to hire and train your management team to take on the responsibilities and role of Executive Director for the program.
